Pa-w-rk Privacy. While we can not 100% guarantee that nobody will arrive at the Pa-w-rk during your visit, we have taken the following measures to minimize this possibility.
Our Pa-w-rk is designed to be private. Please respect other owners time and space. When entering our Pa-w-rk, please make sure to stay in your car until the other pup (s) owner is completely exited and in their vehicle. There is a 15 minute break between all bookings.
No, just go by the civic address and look for the Chocolate Labrador Retriever on the roof of the mailbox. Directions and a map can be found on the contact page.
No. All bookings are for private use. The only people and pup (s) you will see at the Pa-w-rk are friends that you invite to join you during your visit. There is also a 15 minute buffer break built in between reservations to avoid overlaps.
Paws-atively YES! We know life happens. You can reschedule or cancel a booking 2 hours before your reservation. There is no charge to reschedule your booking, however, there is a 5% fee withheld from your refund total. This fee covers the processing fees for your cancellation.
1. Click the Change/Cancel button in your appointment confirmation email. Then select Edit Forms. Scroll down and add the names of the extra people joining you.
2. Message or call us to let us know which appointment you are adding a pack (s) to and how many packs you are adding.
3. Check your email for an invoice for the additional fees and pay it. (same payment
options as when you booked your visit)
Yes, there are lights in the Pa-w-rking Lot, on the Dog-House, and in the Pa-w-rk. Bookings after dark are NOT permitted, the lighting is to ensure you and your Pup (s) safety when leaving the Pa-w-rk as dusk falls.

You may book for 15, 30, 60, 75, 90 or 120 minute visits. If you would like to arrange a longer booking, please contact me by phone or email. Our hours are from 6am – 8pm daily (Seasonal)
There are toys, umbrella’s, lawn chairs, water (weather permitting), compost bin, waste bin, recycling bin, poop bags/stations, hand sanitizer.
